I have decided to create a new monthly column in our Celebrity Gossip section called Ty Girlz Male Hottie of the Month: The Ty Boy Toyz!! Our first hottie ever is none other than Penn Badgley from the new hit show “Gossip Girl”. We Ty Girlz, have been watching Penn who plays Dan Humphrey on the show, he’s sweet, smart and such a cutie!! Rumor has it he’s dating Blake Lively who plays Serena, his love interest.
